Initial Consults
Perinatal Initial Consult, History, Exam, and Adjustment
Meet with Dr. Logan to complete a comprehensive history, discuss your goals for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and/or postpartum. You will have the option to discuss the details of the care plans and decide if one is right for you. Dr. Logan will then provide an exam and adjustment as indicated.

Pediatric Initial Consult, History, Exam, and Adjustment
Meet with Dr. Logan to complete a comprehensive history and discuss your goals for your child. Dr. Logan will then provide an exam and adjustment as indicated.
$90 total
Care Plan Packages
Details of the care plans can be discussed with Dr. Logan to decide if one would be right for you. The care plans are customizable depending on which stage of your motherhood journey you are in.
Generally speaking, if you sign up for a care plan, you will save $10 per visit.
So, for a perinatal adult one visit is ($50-$10) $40.
For the pediatric patient one visit is ($40-$10) $30.
